Thursday is one of my normal rest days but I like to squeeze in a little cross training. I used my class Pass to sign up for a Zumba class and ate breakfast considering that the class wasn’t until 9:20am.
Today I’m sporting some new fitness gear. YogaSmoga recently reached out Camiseta Leeds United to me and used to outfit Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Suiza me up. far be it for me to turn down complimentary gear and I really like this! The shorts are too short for me to run in, but terrific for yoga, walking or ZUMBA!
I did a little work while waiting and then headed over to a new-to-me studio in Irvine, CA for Zumba.
I haven’t taken a Zumba class in probably a year! So, I was incredibly rusty. Awww, it’s discouraging to generally suck at Zumba considering that I love it and go to dance around and have a good time. but this just indicates I have to get back at it! I’m intending to use my ClassPass as much as possible to try new and different exercise classes before I clear up into a new series though!
Lunch plus grapes and a yogurt after my icing/nap situation.
Question: On a scale of 1 – 10 how worn out are you ideal now.
1 = Not worn out at all, feeling 100%!
10= Zzzzzzzz….
