Last night I carb packed like I was running a Marathon today. My sibling suggested L&L Hawaiian BBQ as well as I was skeptical at first, however it’s his b-day today so I went for it.

Pre-run I Camiseta Santos Laguna had iced coffee as well as toast with almond butter. Same-o same-o, however if it’s isn’t broke…Then, I did 12 miles around my hometown. I normally drive to a much better long run locale on Saturdays, however today I just didn’t feel like adding additional time to my morning.
I tried to get Susan to find with me, however she works today. Boo. I ended up doing well thinking about I truly desired a running partner.
But, I realized the double digit policy applies to running too.
My good friends as well as I had a DD (double digit) policy where we didn’t phone call each other before 10am or after 1o pm. We stated it was either as well early or as well late to have the phone ring. as well as it was set in stone.
I believe I requirement a good friend to run with after double digit miles. when I hit 10 or 11 miles I get tired as well as want to go home. I told Ben he’s going to have to satisfy me for the last few miles at least! We’ll see if that happens. If not, I may have to lastly break down as well as get an ipod for runs longer than 10 miles. I’m hesitant to do that since I’ve heard when you have music to run with you can’t run in silence as well as ideal now I’m fine with it ?
After the run I re-fueled with a significant smoothie as well as half a bagel with cream cheese.
